TIES Mindfulness is a mobile application that provides online courses, exercises, tools and instruments which will help participants relieve stress, improve quality of sleep, regulate mood and enhance performance of participants.
End user or participant is not required to register or provide personal information in connection with their use of this mobile application.
The System categories are training, online courses and education.
The System is comprised of the following three (3) categories of content:
(a) Category one explains and prepares participants for thematic training courses. Some structural courses include stress management, conscious emotional regulation and healthier sleep recommendations;
(b) Category two is dedicated to basic practices of mindfulness. This learning category includes guided Body Scan, Breathing Meditation, Sitting Meditation, Breathing Space, Observing Thoughts, Choiceless Awareness Meditation, Raisin Practices etc; and
(c) Category three comprises of self-administrative testing. The self-testing includes questionnaire to test the mindfulness level.
